Classical Ballet

Come and experience what you’ve always dreamed of or pick up where you left off as a child with ballet. Recognised as the basis for all other forms of dance, ballet uses beautiful, graceful movements to inspiring music while giving you the benefit of improving co-ordination, flexibility, strength and overall fitness.

Our ‘beginner beginner’s’ classes are the perfect introduction to the wonderful world of ballet and are structured so that within a relatively short period of time you will find yourself dancing!

Jazz

Jazz is a great way to further improve co-ordination, flexibility and strength. It is a fun and stimulating form of dance exercise. Quick and easy to learn this dance style will increase your heart rate and put a spring back in your step!

Once the basic steps are learnt, simple routines are achievable giving you extra skill and confidence out on the dance floor next time you are out partying!
